No. 1 – Merrill Halkerston Witt
As a Councillor since 2021, Merrill has worked hard to represent local community concerns. She strongly supported Watsons Bay residents in their fight to maintain resident-only parking arrangements in Watsons Bay. She’s also taken a keen interest in helping residents protect Parsley Bay and retain the low-key, dog-friendly ambience of Christison Park. Merrill has also worked closely with Rose Bay residents and local businesses to achieve better outcomes for the proposed Wilberforce Car Park and the Woolworths redevelopment on Albermarle Avenue. She has advocated for better controls for tree pruning to protect public and private harbour views, and enhanced protection for established trees on properties undergoing demolition of major renovations.

No. 3 – Tresna Karras
Tresna Karras has resided in the Woollahra municipality since relocating from Western Australia more than 40 years ago.
Tresna holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and a Master of Commerce. Her career in communications spanned more than 20 years before she turned her focus to volunteer pursuits.
Tresna would like to see the village atmosphere maintained in Woollahra’s many shopping and commercial precincts. She believes that councils should comprise councillors who are truly independent rather than members of major political parties.
